DEPOSITS:
$250 refundable deposit required 30 days prior to departure
50% down to secure reservation, 50% due 30 days pior to departure

EXTRA FEES AND SERVICES

A/C $12.00 per day per unit*
For "extended stay" guests (2 weeks +): Weekly maid service included in addition to use of onsite laundry facility
Additional maid services available for $20.00 per job
Airport transfer $30.00 per trip - regardless of passenger number
Laundry $10 per load
E-mail and satilite phone use $2 per minute
